Based on the latest Renault Trafic, this Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) lets a wheelchair user travel safely while remaining in their chair, using a lightweight, non-slip ramp and a certified four-point securing system with a seat-belt warning. Available with 2.0L diesel power in manual or EDC6 automatic form, it’s ULEZ/LEZ compliant and can seat up to 9 including the driver (layout dependent). The conversion features a lowered, strengthened rear floor and multiple wheelchair positions; typical figures include 1533 mm entry height, 1436 mm internal height and 820 mm channel width, with a ramp approx. 1130 × 820 mm.

SECURED WHEELCHAIR & ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS
Four-point securement with a lap/diagonal belt keeps the wheelchair and occupant firmly in place. Electric, self-tensioning retractors maintain constant hold and speed up loading, with quick-release hooks for fast departure. L-Track mounting and optional visual/audible belt-warning support safe, repeatable operation.
TRIFOLD ACCESS RAMP
A lightweight, tri-section ramp deploys smoothly and folds upright to preserve boot space. Raised side edges and a non-slip surface improve grip and confidence in wet weather. The longer, three-panel design gives a shallower approach angle for easier boarding.
UP TO 6 SEATED PASSENGERS
Flexible layouts let you balance seated capacity with wheelchair space as needed. High-visibility belts and supportive seat design aid supervision and comfort on the move. Folding/removable seats make it simple to switch from passenger runs to chair transport.
