Warranty made easy
BLS offers a 3-year conversion warranty and expert mobile support. All base vehicles include a 3-year OEM warranty.
All vehicles produced by BLS come with a standard 3-year warranty on all conversion components. Our in-house team of professionals can offer telephone diagnostics, followed by a mobile engineer who will attend when required. We currently run a fleet of 3 warranty and maintenance vans manned by five engineers across the UK and Ireland.
We only use vehicles with a minimum 3-year base OEM warranty that covers all major parts and components.
Blue Light Services operates a ticketing system for all warranty claims or maintenance requests. Our after-sales department monitors this and aims to resolve issues within 24 hours.
