Weightless 500 kg ramp and door-operated sidestep speed safe, low-effort boarding; certified 4-point restraints and flexible seated/stretcher layouts keep patients secure and crews efficient. Hygienic ABS wall liners, independent heating & A/C and 360° CCTV with 1TB MDVR cut cleaning time, improve comfort, and provide oversite of patient care.

ABS WALL LINERS PTS
BLS employs a three-part ABS wall lining system for the interiors of its vehicles. These panels are manufactured in-house using our own ABS machinery, allowing us to produce large, seamless panels that eliminate gaps and enhance safety in the working environment.

WHEELCHAIR STROAGE PEN PTS
A dedicated, secured compartment for transporting a wheelchair and carry chair, typically fitted when the front passenger seat is removed. It features wipe-clean restraints and fixed anchorage points to prevent movement under hard braking, with rigid side panels and a non-slip floor for added protection.
Access from the side door or rear tailgate speeds loading, while the organised layout improves safety and workflow for crews. The solution is ideal for PTS operations, where hygiene, order and rapid interior reconfiguration are essential.
BLS RAMP SYSTEM
The BLS weightless ramp is specifically designed to facilitate easier access to vehicles by increasing the entry height. It features a torsion bar mechanism that eliminates any weight during both deployment and stowing, ensuring a seamless operation. For enhanced safety, the ramp is equipped with a non-slip grip tape surface.

DOOR OPERATED SIDESTEP
The step automatically deploys and retracts as the side door opens and closes. Its main feature and benefit derive from the fact that you can operate the step from inside or outside the vehicle without the need for electrical power (there is no motor) : ideal for use where passenger access is required on vehicles with a low platform.
• A 300 kg capacity, along with the STEMGRIP anti-slip system and absolute rigidity, are important safety factors.
